February 7, 2005 - The Meet Schedule has been
updated with meet results I have received and a link to the JO National's
Web Site. Congratulations to the 5 coaches elected to the WMGA
Ethics Board! They are Jay Carey, Mitch Connor, David Granger, Kostya
Kolesnikov and Brian Struebin. Their term will last until June 1,
2006 with a new election at the State Meet of 2006.

January 11, 2005 - The State passes the
WMGA Rules and Policies which is in
effect immediately. They also voted on the logo that is on the upper
right corner of all the web pages. This was the first logo submitted
and was created by CSA Gymnastics. Thanks to all who submitted their

The State Clinic on September 25 & 26 was a BIG Success!! Thank you
coaches, gymnasts and parents for making this an event they will all
remember. 99 gymnasts from CSA, La Fleurs, M&M, Midwest Twisters,
Salto, Scamps and WGA participated in the event at La Fleurs Gymnastics

September 16, 2004 - As you may know the hurricane in Florida knocked out the site for a while but everything is up and running again. I will have more information regarding the clinic and meeting at the clinic up very soon.
August 18, 2004 - 2004 Olympics. All I can say is WOW! That was probably the most spectacular feat I have ever seen. Not only in gymnastics but in any sport. A BIG Congratulations goes out to Paul Hamm (aka The Comeback Kid) which you probably heard won the All Around GOLD Medal Today! What a great accomplishment for anybody but not just anybody - one of our own from Wisconsin. What an exciting Olympics it has been!
August 8, 2004 - Some big events have happened to
those in our state this Summer!
Congratulations go out to Stacy Maloney who received the 2004 Coach of the
Year Award - Men.
Congratulations also go out to Paul and Morgan Hamm who will be on the
Olympic Team and
Congratulations to Paul Hamm who received the Athlete of the Year and
Sports Person of the Year Award.
